5 Lakh sq. mtrs. TDR ready to come in market

Generating TDR from Infrastructure projects in Mumbai will hit the market just after elections. SRA projects too are in the race. SPPPL is sitting on 15000 sq. mtrs which was recently added to the count.
The rates of TDR in Mumbai had touched Rs.2380/- per sq.ft. recently for want of short supply and investors were waiting for rates to come to Rs.3000/- per sq.ft. level. In the past the per sq.ft. rates had touched historic high value of Rs.4400/- per sq.ft. for slum TDR.
Since TDR rates indirectly control the realty price in the city, trend in TDR is a major aspect for cost of the project. Investors of TDR including agents and TDR holders are now accumulating small TDR certifictaes of smaller denomination for making a huge lot of TDR which enhances the value of TDR certificate.
Over 5 lakh sq.mtrs. TDR is waiting to flood the market. The trading of TDR is now under cartlisation and few hands handling the TDR rates in the city.

I am the landowner of property located at santacruz east, vakola, and had given my property for development about 10 years ago.The developer in the year 2000, has decided with my written consent to put two additional storeys to the existing five storeyed building, but due to legal matters pending in the court, since that time, and approaching a settlement, i want to revive the procurement of TDR for use it on my property.
    I would therefore want to know the value per sq. ft. that the developer and i will have to bear if we have to buy the TDR, and avail its use….Kindly give me information about different types of TDR which can be obtained and which are applicable to my property with their purchase rates.
