Ackruti City will open the qualified institutional placement (QIP)

Ackruti City will open the qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue on September 03, 2009 in respect of issue of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each of the company to the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) .

Further, the company has announced that the SEBI floor price in respect of the aforesaid Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), is set at Rs 500.60 a equity share and, the relevant date for this purpose, is Aug. 31, 2009.
