Mumbai: Ackruti City Limited, the premier real estate development company has received IGBC Gold Precertification for its prestigious project Ackruti Greenwoods, located in Thane.
This certification from IGBC on Ackruti Greenwood, one of the premium residential projects by Ackruti City Limited reiterates the company’s steadfast commitment towards green delivery and building an environment- friendly world.
IGBC is a green rating agency developed on the lines of USGBC (United States Green Building Certification) and awards Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design(India) certification- an internationally recognized green building certification system, providing third-party verification that a building or community is designed and built using strategies intended to improve performance in metrics such as energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
