Adani Group to launch Shantigram largest Premier Township in Gujarat

Shantigram spread over 600acres with an investment of Rs.5k Cr.
Mumbai, April, 2011: Adani Group’s real estate arm, Adani Realty Business unveiled their largest realty project so far named ‘Shantigram’ Premier Township in Ahmadabad. It is spread over 600acres with an investment of Rs5, 000 cr.
Shantigram promises its residents ‘The Good Life’ with over 80% of the township being an open area or with a green cover and includes all the amenities required for a comfortable living. This premier township project will involve the development of both residential and commercial spaces. This will be the only project in India to offer golf course, a full size cricket ground. In addition, there will be separate tracks for bicycles alongside the 6-8 lane main arterial roads, club-house etc.
In a media conclave CEO of Adani Realty Business Mr. Tarwinder Singh said that “this is the 100% private and non controversial land so there is no hurdle to go ahead in this project.”
He further added that “the realty scenario in Ahmadabad is evolving thanks to growing urbanization and economic growth, enterprise of the local population and the significant flow of investments.
