Asahi Infra sets up subsidiary in Dubai

Asahi Infrastructure & Projects announced that it has set up a 100% subsidiary company – Asahi Infrastructure & Projects FZE in Hamriyat Free Zone Authority in Dubai, UAE.

The arm has been set up for General Trading and obtained Commercial Licence No. 5672 dated Nov. 05, 2009 valid up to Nov. 04, 2010 from government of Sharjah, Hamriyat Free Zone Authority.
