Brigade sells Bangalore hospital bldg for Rs 1.23 bn

Brigade Enterprises announced that it has entered into an agreement for sale of the hospital building at Brigade Gateway Project at Malleshwaram, Bangalore, for a consideration of Rs 1.23 billion.

The transaction should get completed within 90 days.

Brigade Enterprises reported a phenomenal rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2010.

During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 3.61 times to Rs 139.21 million from Rs 38.61 million in the same quarter previous year.
