CIDCO is beacon of hope for affordable home seekers

Not a big deal if you have missed the chance to winning affordable house in Mumbai during the lottery organized by the state housing board in May? Because still there is beacon of hope for affordable home seekers by applying in City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd’s (CIDCO) lottery scheme. As it is going to launch an affordable apartment at Kharghar, 2.5 km from the proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport.
According to the senior official “date of lottery for integrated affordable housing scheme in Navi Mumbai is yet to finalize by CIDCO”, he added that but soon we will come out with the final date for lottery.
One of the biggest housing schemes at Kharghar, 1,100 apartments each will be available for the middle-income and higher income groups, while 2,500 houses will be built for the lower income group.
