Commercial space in Chennai will go up by 9%

According to the survey report which has been conducted by the global estate consultant Cushman and Wakefield revealed that amalgamation of entire commercial space in Chennai is likely to go up by 9percent by the end of the current fiscal year approx 4.2million sq ft.
However, comparatively with the last fiscal year there was a less supply in the current year absorption rate would be more, survey further said.
Except Bangalore, Chennai is the only city which has witnessed of upsurge in demand. On the residential sector, he said suburban areas like Thiruvanmiyur, Mogappair, Velacheri and Tambaram had recorded the highest supply of 7000 housing units annually.
