Overview

Many rules and provisions under DC Rules have been amended. In section 33 there are many development and incentives announced by Government of Maharashtra. The FSI calculations for fungible FSI or redevelopment of a society, it all requires to consolidate all the amendments and know the latest happenings. The confernce will highlight the optimisation of FSI in any use for MMR region.

We require to know latest amendments to DC Rules, Parking, Cluster Development, Gaothan Plots, CRZ, IT parks, Slum Redevelopment, Society Redevelopment including TDRs. The workshop will highlight various advantage, practice and case studies.
