CREDAI announces Property showcase in Pune 14-16 Oct

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) the apex body organized for the real estate developers has announced the property expo Profest- East & Profest-West.
Profest East will be started on 14- 16th Oct 2011 at Hyatt Regency, Weikfield Info-Tech Park, Nagar Road, Pune. Profest East will showcase a range of properties from renowned builders who have projects in and around Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar, Hadapsar, Magarpatta, Wagholi, Nagar Road, Dhanori, Vishranthwadi, Viman Nagar, NIBM, Kondwa, Undri, Lullanagar, Wanowrie and Mohamadwadi.
Whereas, Profest West will be organized from Oct 21 to 23, 2011 at VITS Hotel, Balewadi Adj. Shivaji Sports Complex, Pune. Profest West will exhibit an array of properties from builders who have projects in and around Hinjewadi, Wakad, Kothrud, Warje, Bavdhan, Pashan, Balewadi, Baner, Aundh, Pimpri, Chinchwad, Moshi, Talegaon and Tathawade.
According to the senior officer, Profest East and Profest West has been initiated and conceptualized to create a location focused showcase of in-demand properties exclusively in the Eastern and Western Zones of Pune. Renowned builders from Pune with projects on offer in these zones will feature in these exhibitions. He added that this expo would be an aid for the wounded (facing downturn) Pune property market as it will be showcased on the occasion of Diwali festival.
