CREDAI assured to developers for 100% campaign

Chennai: On this Tuesday the senior official said that, the of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) has taken a step to strengthen the slowing down realty market by promoting the “100 percent guaranteed campaign” across all its events.
The CREDAI has taken this move following to the several realtors are luring to home buyers by putting huge advertisements for their upcoming and ongoing projects without getting any approval from state industry regulator Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA).
CREDAI National Secretary and Chennai unit President T Chitty Babu said that, “Yes, this will be done across all the projects of CREDAI. Members of CREDAI always display projects approved from CMDA. But this will ensure more transparency and increase the confidence levels of buyers.”
The realty body is also likely to put a legal corner in the upcoming three days expo “Fairpro 2012″ that will be helpful for the home-seekers to clarify their queries, he added.
Officer said that, 65 builders are expected to put out 85stalls in Chennai trade center. Around 250 completed projects ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 10 Crore would be displayed at the three day exhibition which begins on February 17, at the venue, he said.
