CREDAI Maharashtra organizes an impressive home exhibition at BKC
Mumbai: Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India’s Maharashtra section has organized for a special home expo show named ‘Mera shahar mera ghar’, probably one of the large-scale & comprehensive property shows in Maharashtra, which Mumbai is proud to host. The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Gautam Chatterji, Principal Secretary, Housing, Government of Maharashtra and the Guests of Honour were Mr. Rajiv Sabharwal, Executive Director, ICICI Bnak Ltd and Mr. Lalitkumar Jain, Vice President, CREDAI.
CREDAI Maharashtra Home Expo, claims CREDAI, unlike any such exhibitions previously, features Real Estate from all of Maharashtra, except Mumbai. Varied Products from various cities in Maharashtra, namely Akola, Amravati, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Nashik, Pune, Pimpri -Chinchwad, Sangli & Solapur will be showcased at this exhibition happening from November 26th to Nov 28th at Bandra Kurla Complex.
A unique feature of this home expo is that it is not Mumbai-centric, in spite of being organized in Mumbai & does not have the clichés of a typical urban, metropolitan property show happening in Mumbai. This exhibition is aimed at showcasing the other cities of Maharashtra to Mumbaikars such that it provides an opportunity for them to fulfill their dream of owning a second home in Maharashtra, that too within budget.
The President of CREDAI, Maharashtra, Mr. Rajan Daryani believes, “Mumbai is a city that comprises of large migrants from the rest of Maharashtra. And though most have some accommodation in the city, there is always a predisposition towards owning a home in their native place. We also aim to showcase the progress of the other cities in Maharashtra to Mumbaikars. Many towns and cities have developed or are developing at a rapid pace & can be an option worth exploring for people saturated with life in Mumbai. Moreover, this is an exhibition of the CREDAI members only. CREDAI Maharashtra has imposed a Model Code of conduct for its members and set up Grievance Redressal Cells in most cities for consumers. This automatically translates into confidence for the home buyer, who is assured of support from the industry body itself.
The CREDAI Maharashtra Home Expo consists of over 125 stalls with developers from Akola, Amravati, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Nashik, Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad & Solapur. Over 500 projects from across the State (outside Mumbai) are on display.
