DB Realty denies stake sale in Bandra project

DB Realty today clarified about media reports stating, `DB Realty may sell 20% stake in its Bandra project to private equity firm`.

DB Realty has clarified that the reports published in the media are not attributable to the company and are incorrect and cannot be relied upon.

DB Realty will reconstruct the government residential buildings and hand over the constructed building to them and balance 11 acres would belong to the company as their saleable component. The project is expected to be completed in five years.
