DB Realty to fund Mumbai’s tallest hotel

Established in the late seventies, DB Realty Group is one of India’s top Real Estate developers, with presence in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality and Retail sectors  as well as in  IT Parks and Gated communities. Company’s existing product portfolio ranges from upscale buildings, lavish villas and some of the most elite malls in the country, with new developments coming up at a fast pace.

Recently the company has announced to raise Rs. 1500 Cr. to fund Mumbai’s tallest hotel – Park Hyatt with a structure  of  125 storeys and a height of about 481 metres.

The company has also bagged a contract to develop a 60 acres plot owned by the Public Works Department ( PWD ) at Bandra, Mumbai, For which the company shall pay Rs. 200 Cr. to the department.

Ackruti city, another well known realty group in Mumbai, also has bagged a similar contract of  developing 20 acres of PWD land in Mumbai for which they are supposed to pay Rs.150 Cr. to the department.
