DDA is likely to construct 60,000 flats in Capital

New Delhi:
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is likely to build approx 60,000 flats in the national capital Delhi.
According to DDA senior officials sixty thousand flats is likely to be constructed in the several localities and the agency could use new technologies to construct them. Issue has discussed in the last week’s meeting at the Delhi Development Authority.
The DDA has decided to construct approx 20,000 affordable housing flats and over 4,000 lower category flats in the next couple of years. DDA is likely to use new construction techniques as it will reduce the time taken for construction and pre-fabricated technique to construct these complexes, sources said.
