A well known brand in Immitation jewellery in India, Gitanjali Gems Ltd. has put it’s step forward to develop a real estate in Borivali, near Sanjay Gandhi natioal park. Gitanjali Infratech Ltd, a 100 per cent subsidiary of the Gitanjali Group is developing this project with two residential towers, each of 28 storeys with two podiums and ultra modern amenities, on the plot of 400000 sq.ft. which was vacant due to shifting of company’s jewellery units elsewhere. The possession of the project is expected by 2013 and the company is expecting revenues of about 400 Crs out of this project.
