Goa gets it’s first green residential project

The land of nature’s bounty, Goa, gets its first  ‘Eco-friendly’ residential project. Named as Vicente Greens, the project offers 55 environment friendly yet affordable apartments that are being developed by Acron Group. These apartments are targeted at the local first time home buyers, with a combined monthly household income between Rs 35,000 – 50,000.  

The project is pre-certified for Platinum Rating as a New Construction Green Project. This accreditation comes from a body no less than the Green Building Council of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), and is based on approved design features as the eco-friendly construction practices that will be employed.  

Located at Socorro, near Porvorim , it is an ideal place to live in harmony with nature. Along with all the high class standard amenities, the project offers  the use state-of-the-art green technologies like solar water-heating, sewage treatment plants, vermi-composting, rainwater harvesting and thermal roof insulation .
