Godrej Properties launches Phase II of Godrej Prakriti, Kolkata

Godrej Properties the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has launched Phase II of its residential project in Kolkata. The company has opened bookings for around 450 apartments in 3 towers, each 19 storey high.

Phase II of Godrej Prakriti consists of contemporary 3 BHK apartments in sizes ranging from 1100 sqft to 1360 sqft. Resident`s will have access to amenities such as club house, community hall, play ground, swimming pool etc.

This project, set amidst 24 acres of greenery and having natural water bodies, is located in Sodepur, on Barrackpore Trunk road and has excellent road and rail connectivity. Schools, hospitals, educational institutions and the proposed metro station are also in close proximity. The construction of the project is done by L & T.
