Award-winning U.S.-based architecture firm Heery International signs MOU with India’s leading healthcare consultancy Hosmac India

Mumbai, 17th May, 2010: – India’s healthcare industry received a boost with the signing of an exclusive agreement between Hosmac India Pvt Ltd, a leading hospital planning and management consultancy, and the award-winning U.S. design firm, Heery International, to deal world class healthcare facilities in India. This agreement, with a premier designer of healthcare facilities throughout the United States will enhance Hosmac’s capabilties to design and construct state-of-the-art healthcare facilities in India.

The new collaboration covers the broad spectrum of healthcare design services including peer review services, LEED consultation, value engineering, master planning and design-build opportunities in India, the Middle East, Africa and other markets. The complex needs of the healthcare industry will now be streamlined into a seamless operation that will create tomorrow’s facilities at today’s costs.

Heery has long been recognised for service excellence by a number of professional organisations and industry publications. The firm’s design of the Medical Center of the Rockies—the largest LEED Gold hospital in the United States—won the Healthcare Facilities Symposium award for User-Centered Design. The deal with Hosmac will synergise the latter’s commitment to provide quality services in healthcare in India.
