Homebuyers took sigh of relief after HC judgement over Noida Extension

The recent Allahabad HC judgement has given a new life to the decaying body of real estate development in Noida Extension, according to the HC order the disputed sites work is likely to be started in this month only. The HC decision is a sigh of relief for the thousands of homebuyers of Noida Extension.
One of the home buyers has expressed his view that “the HC decision is a Diwali gift for them not only for us but for developers and farmers too.”
The judgement says that, farmers got an additional Rs 22 lakh per acre along with an extra 160 sq metre developed land for every one acre acquired by the authority. The market value of the additional land that a farmer will get is around Rs 25.60 lakh per acre. The judgment led to a total additional payment of Rs 47.60 lakh per acre to farmers.
