Integrated township fourth phase has launched: Godrej

MUMBAI: Godrej Properties real estate developers has launched integrated township project fourth phase i.e. Godrej Garden City in Ahmadabad. According to the Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Director, Godrej Properties “2500 apartments have sold out and we are looking forward to continue the strong momentum in this project.” Whereas, company had started booking for third phase of this project in the current years January month.
Godrej Garden City, spread over 250 acres, proposes to house over 13,000 apartments and villas upon completion of the project.
In addition company has planned to provide facilities such as transport, education, health-care, recreation, hospitality, retail and banking within the proposed integrated township. In the fourth phase, Godrej will offer two and three bedroom apartments with space ranging from 1,270 sq ft to 1,729 sq ft.
