JP Infrastructure files IPO papers with SEBI

Ahemdabad-based JP Infrastructure is planning to enter the capital markets with initial public offering (IPO). 25.25 % of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company.

The company has also filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

The objects of the Issue are to finance the acquisition of land, construction and development of some of the company`s ongoing and proposed projects; to meet general corporate purpose; and to meet Issue Expenses.

Chartered Capital And Investment and Link Intime (P) are helping the company in the fund raising process.

JP Infrastructure (P) was incorporated in the year 2004, to do the real estate projects in its individual capacity. The company has its ongoing and proposed real estate projects in the cities like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Anand and Mumbai.
