Lanco inaugurated Academy, development institute for its employees

New Delhi/Gurgaon: Lanco Infratech Limited (LITL), an integrated infrastructure enterprise and largest IPP in India announced the Launch of Lanco Academy, company’s first leadership development institute for its employees.
In a glittering ceremony, Shri Sushil Kumar Shinde, Hon’ble Minister of Power, Government of India inaugurated Lanco Academy in Gurgaon. Mr David Smith, Managing Director of Accenture, USA was the Guest of Honor. This academy is a strategic initiative which aims at enhancing employees’ managerial, leadership and business capability at the individual, team and organizational levels. In short, it develops most admired human resources to meet Lanco’s global aspirations.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. L Madhusudan Rao, Executive Chairman, Lanco Infratech said,

The Lanco Academy stands testimony to the significance that Lanco attaches to learning and development of employees. The Academy is spread over 30,000 sq ft and is equipped with modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art technology that aid leadership development. The Academy has six seminar halls and six breakaway rooms, designed to enhance the effectiveness of the learning process. The library provides a comprehensive repository of reference books, technical and professional periodicals, both general and specific to functional areas, as well as several online journals and publications.
