Recently many rules under DC Rules have been amended. In section 33 from 1 to 24, there are many development and incentives announced by Government of Maharashtra. The FSI calculations for flowerbed or redevelopment of a society, it all requires to consolidate all the amendments and know the latest happenings. The Master Class will highlight the optimisation of FSI in any use for MMR region.
