MCD demolished 29 illegal properties in capital

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi so far has demolished the twenty nine illegal buildings in Delhi during a drive against illegal constructions.
With the help of local police MCD has carried out this robust move in the following areas
Najafgarh, Rohini and Civil Lines Zones.
Nine teen properties in Najafgarh Zone including areas such as Mohan Nagar, Dabri, Sadh Nagar, Mundka and Durga Park were sealed or demolished whereas four in Rohini were targeted. On the other hand six properties in Civil Lines Zone’s Mahendru Enclave, Suraj Nagar, Himgiri Enclave, Model Town and New Gupta Colony were demolished.
Wonder how these properties mushroomed in the first place and some poor innocent people again became victims. Builders promoters and brokers seem to be a law unto themselves. I too have been victimised by rogue broker Rajesh Goenka – CEO/Chairman of Axiom Estates He has cheated 100’s of innocents particularly NRI’s and after taking money has not lived up to his promise. His partners in crime are his friends Avijeet Das and Rajat Deb. They have sold numerous properties across the length and breadth of India but none of the properties have so far been registered. This can be easily varified by googling Axiom Estates Fraud. It is a shame that he is an alumni of the prestigious IIT Mumbai. Many years ago after cheating various resident Indians he fled to Russia and there too he could not resist his natural urge which has always been to cheat. He had to flee Russia to find a safe haven in UK where he established Axiom Estates. Most of the money for these properties was paid to Axiom Estatse in UK and now he has dissolved the co and once again moved back to India and continues to operate his network of fraud from there. The only place where he should be is PRISON and I am sure he will get there very soon. Good Luck Mr Goenka!
