MCHI opens its first twin property expo at suburbs
; witnesses overwhelming response from home seekers on the first day
~ Top developers participate at the Mira-Virar and Kalyan-Dombivli expo ~
14th January, 2011: Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) Mira-Virar City unit and Kalyan-Dombivli unit today hosted the inaugural ceremony for the first property expo showcasing the best properties of these respective regions. The ceremony at Mira-Virar City unit was presided over by the chief guest, Shri. Sachin Ahir – Hon. Minister of State for Housing, Govt of Maharsashtra and the Kalyan-Dombivli event was presided over by Shri. Bhaskar Jadhav, Hon. Minister of State Urban Development. The Mira-Virar City expo will be held at Maxus Mall Ground, Bhayandar (W) between 14th to 16th January and Kalyan-Dombivli unit property expo at Sarvoday Mall between 14th to 16th January.
The expo at Mira-Virar City unit will have key participants such RNA Corp, Lodha Group, Rustomjee, Sanghvi Group, Space Realty, Ackruti, Ravi Group, Ekta World, Usha Breco Realty Ltd and many more. The key developers at the Kalyan –Dombivli unit are Lodha, Tata Housing, Ajmera Group, Marathon, Milestone and many more. All on-going projects to be showcased will have requisite approvals to facilitate transparency in transaction between potential homebuyers and developers.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Shailesh Sanghvi – Secretary, MCHI Mira-Virar City said “We are happy to receive a very encouraging response from home buyers to this very first expo in Mumbai’s promising extended suburbs. This is a good platform for home buyers to choose properties available at various price points. Several developers are offering monetary discounts and incentives to buyers booking during the expo. We are expecting atleast 15,000-20,000 visitors in the days ahead”
Also commenting on the twin expo, Mr. Bandish Ajmera – President, MCHI Kalyan-Dombivli unit said “The Kalyan expo of MCHI is reiteration of the common objective of all members to develop these micro markets as holistic and self sustaining communities.
