Municipal Election Declared in Mumbai

Municipal Corporation elections declared in Brihan Mumbai municipal limits on 16th Feb 2012. With this election code of conduct is applicable now and no new announcement is expected till the results are declared.
New amendment to Development Control Regulation already done. For Redevelopment projects 35% more area is provided for 60% premium and for commercial 20% more area for 100 % premium.
There are more amendment notofications of which are expected by this week end.
