NCR planning board yet not cleared GNoida master plan

Today NCR Planning Board member secretary Naini Jayaseelam told Noida Extension Flat Owners & Members Association (NEFOMA) said that “there is least chance of restarting the construction work in Noida Extension projects it would take three to four months for getting approval of the Greater Noida Master Plan”.
Yet construction work haven’t resumed even after the judgement of Allahabad High Court made on 21st October in the previous year.
The Greater Noida Authority was directed vide this verdict to get the recommendations of the NCR Planning Board implemented into its Master Plan 2021 before permitting to start construction works. Even after passing three months GNoida master plan is still remains pending.
Due to delay in approving of master plan homebuyers are suffering as they have invested their savings and on the other hand rising burden of interest on housing loans which they have borrowed from housing finance companies.
