New integrated township to come up near Yamuna Expressway at Greater Noida

A Noida based Realty firm,  Supertech would invest Rs 2,000 crore to build an integrated township on Yamuna Expressway at Greater Noida.

 The township named as ‘Upcountry’ will be spread over 100 acres of land and  would offer advanced  way of living for all with various independent plots, luxurious villas, high rise condos and low rise inning homes. It also would have features like, man-made lakes, beaches and beautifully landscaped green zones.

It would be developed in two phases.The company plans to invest about Rs 600 crore in the first phase and the entire project will involve the investment of Rs 2,000 crore.
