NTC’s mill lands in Mumbai for auction

The National Textile Corporation, owned by the Government of India is planning to generate about Rs. 5000 Cr. By selling the lands of about eight mills ,admeasuring about 55 acres within Mumbai city limits.

In a recent auction, the Poddar Mills with a land about 2.4 acres at Worli has received nine bids from various developers and the highest is of 280 crores.

Other land of Bharat Textile Mills also shall be put for an auction within next week.
