Peninsula Land gets further Rs 1.6 bn from Alok Realtors

Peninsula Land, real estate arm of the brand Peninsula announced that it has received a further sum of Rs 1.60 billion from Alok Realtors for the said sale at Peninsula Business Park.

Earlier, on Nov. 19, 2009 the company had received Rs 2.75 billion from Ashok Realtors in connection with sale of 6.41 lakh sq. ft. at Peninsula Business Park.

Till date, Peninsula Land has received a sum of Rs 6.25 billion against the total deal consideration of Rs 11 billion.

As on the 1st of December 2009, the total cash and cash equivalent with Peninsula Land is Rs 6.85 billion.
