Pune becomes hub of IT real estate

Pune: According to the fresh research reports Pune property has become highly lucrative for realtors. And particularly for the developers those are involve in developing IT offices due to the growth of the IT/ITes sector in the city. Market analyst said that “Pune has of late emerged as a preferred IT/ITES destination of India.”
Whereas several industries such as manufacturing and engineering also have played their vital role in the development of city but main part has done particularly from IT/ITes, experts said. Hinjewadi in the west, and Viman Nagar and Hadapsar towards the east are some of the prime IT/ITes office markets in Pune.
As per reports from January to June, 2011, individually IT/ITes sector has contributed the 73percent of the total office space absorbed, followed by the manufacturing and engineering sector which contributed about 8.5% and 8.6% respectively.
However Pune is flamboyant for educational institutions and is the eighth largest urban agglomeration in India. In the current scenario Pune is one of the highest exporters of software developers across the country. It is also one the reason that Pune is luring to IT companies of start their office in this city.
