Real Estate Conference on Optimization of FSI & Land Management held on 15th & 16th Oct

Mumbai: Accommodation Times Institute of Real Estate Management (ATIREM) has taken a robust action to provide extra knowledge to business pundits, as the cotemporary state of real estate market is severely damaged due to the downturn in property market and lack of management.
According to the Director of ATIREM Dr. Sanjay Chaturvedi “two days conference is just a step we have taken to educate Optimization of FSI & Land Management with the help of the real estate sector experts, and now we are planning for more such of type conference as we have received the warm response from our delegates approx 200 delegates have attended the two days conference.”
In two days comprehensive conference ATIREM have covered several important topics such as
Development Control Regulations under Section 33 (1) to (24), Land Acquisition Process, Incentives and Schemes under T&P of MMRDA, Land Acquisition Documentation, Identifying Records, Advantage Cluster Development and Future of Mumbai’s Development under government policies and political priority, Land Management and Project Management, Gaothan Plots and FSI, CRZ and Heights Taxation and Capital Gains issues, he added.
