RMC will approve building plans online

To give boost and for the betterment of property deals the town planning (TP) department of Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) has taken a robust move by starting on the spot permission for residential and low-rise building plans. On the occasion of 39th Foundation day of RMC the TP department has started the online permitting building plans from Saturday.
According to the senior officer of town planning department of RMC said that “from now onwards realtors won’t have to wait for long time for approving building plans, as we have started the online building plans permission.”
The civic body has launched special software for the same purpose. The builders and architect will be able to download the form from the web portal. The time when they will submit the filled-up form the software will automatically generate the queries based on GDCR (General Development Control Regulation) rules and give a provisional permission.
