Builders, developers, financial investor everyone wanted to get connected in slum redevelopment projects.

There are several builders like Kanakia Spaces and Sheth Creators has obtained prime plots from developers those are already under process of a slum rehab project. On the other hand Omkar Realtors & Developers and Ackruti City are increasing their funds by selling their shares in these projects to investors like Kotak Realty Fund.
