Three Home buyers win Maruti-800 cars in MCHI’s Property 2009 Exhibition

Three lucky home buyers, who purchased flats during the Property 2009 exhibition organized by the Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) during April 2009, had won Maruti 800 cars.

Names of three lucky home buyers were announced by the MCHI after conducting a lucky draw during the recently concluded four-day Property 2009 exhibition held at the MMRDA grounds at Bandra Kurla Complex from October 1-4, 2009.

Mrs. Preeti Gianchandani won a Maruti 800 Car on purchasing property from Ekta World and Supreme Universal, while Mr. Amit Satra won the Maruti-800 on purchasing property from Kalpataru Ltd. and Ms. Jyoti Pillai turned out a lucky winner of the car on purchasing a flat from Gundecha Builders.

“We are glad to announce the names of the lucky home buyers whose dream of having their own car also come true along with their own house through the Property 2009. The lucky draw scheme offering Maruti 800 car to the home buyers, was first time introduced by the MCHI since last three years and turned our most successful in enhancing footfalls during the exhibition that was held in April 2009,.” said Mr. Zubin Mehta, CEO – MCHI.

Apart from the three Maruti cars, there were lucky draw winners of the gift vouchers worth Rs. 60,000 each of Wellworth Furniture and Rs. 40,000 each of Proline Fitness were also declared on the occasion.
