since there is no consistancy in the policies for socialhouses for EWS&LIG Rental & /Stock ,poors contineously will get thrown in the periphery slums .And now underneath slum lands and social housing buildings underneath lands are getting targetted for shareing potential benifits equally by processing authorities and developers under the cover of redevelopment.without creating stock for ews-lig,the real estate prices in allmost in all urban cities will always find unaffordable,as also seen rising during the process of housing reform practices.
